This is the place where we will provide new content every few weeks or so. This is different to the discussion groups where any member can start or join a group. Here we aim to present well-considered, researched and/or argued articles on various issues relevant to the study of sexuality. The fact that it is a blog means that our peers, the users of the site, can comment on and discuss the postings that we make.
Initially many of our postings will stem from a literature review that we have conducted of the field of critical sexuality studies covering the period 2000 to 2007. We will also address important current issues as they arise. Some the postings may be designed to get people thinking, debating or simply inspired. We also welcome postings, or ideas for postings, from others. So if you have a passion about a particular issue and would like to propose an entry, please get in touch. The only requirement is that the text here should be well thought out and properly edited. Less formal contributions can be made in discussion forums or in response to blog entries.
For the first couple of months we will send email updates to all members of the site as new blog entries come online. Before this becomes annoying we will offer interested users the opportunity to register for alerts.
